Punjab Bus Road Accident in Himachal Pradesh Solan Latest News Today: In a shocking incident, as many as 15 passengers were injured when the Punjab Roadways bus rammed into the rear side of a utility vehicle near Sanwara toll plaza on Friday morning.
According to the information, SP Solan Gaurav Singh said that the bus was driven in a rash and negligent manner.
Reportedly, there were about 25 passengers on the bus en route to Shimla from Chandigarh. While 13 passengers were taken to Dharampur hospital for treatment two of them were referred to the Regional Hospital, Solan.
The driver has been identified as Gurjeet Singh (35) who hails from Tarn Taran. He has been arrested and a case of rash and negligent driving has been registered against the bus driver while further investigation is underway, the SP said.
