Punjab’s beloved Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and senior state vice-president Anurag Dhanda addressed a “Badlav Jan Sabha” (Change Public Meeting) in Narayangarh on Sunday. They were accompanied by state vice-president Gurpal Singh, Om Prakash Gujjar, Surendra Singh Rathi, Karanveer Singh Laut, Ranjeet Uppal, Rohit Jain, and Laxman Vinayak.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann mentioned that he came to Narayangarh because he learned that the fate of children would be decided on October 5. He thanked God for this opportunity. He noted that Delhi is on one side and Punjab is on the other, with Haryana in between. Both Delhi and Punjab have Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) governments, providing free electricity and opening new hospitals. However, Haryana is lagging behind in these aspects.

He pointed out that Haryana’s people have repeatedly given chances to Congress, BJP, and INLD, but there has been no improvement. Just as Delhi and Punjab found a new path and a new engine for progress, Haryana needs a new engine as well, not any double engine. Over the past 78 years, previous governments have only increased people’s difficulties.

He criticized the opposition for building high walls around cremation grounds while AAP focuses on providing benches, water coolers, and solar panels in schools. He urged that Narayangarh should be made a district to enable such developments. He stated that he is standing before them having provided 45,000 permanent jobs in Punjab, with no bribes involved. Hence, it is time to shut down their (BJP and Congress’s) shops. Even Alexander the Great went empty-handed after conquering the world.

He said that if I wanted to earn money, I could have earned as much as I wanted. But our Gurus taught us to stand up for people’s rights. Not everything is about money. If Guru Nanak Dev Ji had opened a shop, who would have written the true Gurbani and who would have reformed the people and society? Who would distinguish between halal and haram bread? Standing up for people’s rights is a different experience than doing things for money. You can collect as many diamonds and jewels as you want, but you can’t take them with you in the afterlife. So, build a good future for yourself. Now, the Aam Aadmi Party is a strong third option available to you. It is important to evaluate those who are to shape your future.

He stated that Punjab provides the cheapest electricity for industries in the country. The Aam Aadmi Party represents a government with genuine intentions. You can call your relatives and verify that 90% of households in Punjab receive zero electricity bills, a reality for the past two years. Free electricity is also available in Delhi. Why can’t it be free in Haryana? Focus on educating your children. No blue or yellow card will alleviate your poverty; your children will overcome poverty through education and by becoming officers. The Aam Aadmi Party has improved government schools in Delhi and Punjab; now it’s Haryana’s turn.

He mentioned that Arvind Kejriwal was an income tax officer before leaving his job to serve people and starting the Aam Aadmi Party, eventually becoming Delhi’s Chief Minister three times. He is the pride of Haryana. Kejriwal has focused on practical politics, not just on names. Does any other party come and promise to build schools, hospitals, and provide free electricity? No party promises to deliver rations to your home. The Aam Aadmi Party was the first to start giving one crore rupees to the families of martyrs. We offer honesty and truth. Other parties may offer you money, but on election day, press the jharoo button.

Senior State Vice-President of the Aam Aadmi Party, Anurag Dhanda, stated that by coming out in such large numbers, you have conveyed a message of change. The time for change in Haryana has arrived. An Aam Aadmi Party government will be formed in Haryana, just as in Delhi and Punjab. You have seen what different governments have done by voting for them, so now it’s time to elect Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party. After Delhi and Punjab, an Aam Aadmi Party government will also be formed in Haryana, marking the beginning of a government truly for the people.

He outlined five guarantees from Arvind Kejriwal for the people of Haryana. The first guarantee is 24-hour electricity supply and free electricity. The second guarantee is the creation of excellent government schools, ensuring even children from poor families receive quality education. Just as Punjab has government schools with swimming pools and hockey grounds, Haryana’s government schools will also be made excellent. The third guarantee is that treatment in government hospitals will be free, ranging from one rupee to one crore. The fourth guarantee is that every mother and sister will receive an allowance of one thousand rupees every month. Kejriwal’s fifth guarantee is 100% employment for every youth in the state. Under the Congress government, 150,000 positions were vacant, and under the BJP government, 200,000 positions remained vacant. An Aam Aadmi Party government will fill these two lakh government positions with the first stroke of the pen.

He highlighted that the Aam Aadmi Party’s government in Delhi has provided employment to 1.2 million youths over eight years, while in Punjab, Sardar Bhagwant Mann has provided 45,000 government jobs and 350,000 private sector jobs. With the Aam Aadmi Party’s flag in hand today, every youth will soon hold a government job certificate. The people of the state want to give the Aam Aadmi Party a chance. Arvind Kejriwal is in the hearts of the people, and Haryana will vote for him.
