Jammu and Kashmir Rajouri Terrorists Attack Army Camp: In a shocking incident, the terrorists on Monday attacked an Army camp in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to information, the security forces launched a massive search operation in Rajouri, Jammu, and Kashmir, after a few terrorists attacked an army camp on Monday. A Spokesperson of Defence said that the operation was in progress.
Fortunately, the security forces foiled the terrorists’ attempt and a gun battle broke out between them.
“A major terror attack on an Army picket in the remote village of Rajouri has been thwarted,” defense spokesperson Lt Col Suneel Bartwal said. The spokesperson added that the firing was underway and the operation was in progress.
According to the report, one soldier got injured while no other information was made available. At 3:10 am on Monday, the terrorist attacked the house of a village Defence Guard (VDC) member in Gundha, Rajouri. To this, a nearby Army unit responded, leading to a firefight.
